I meant, cutting your hair, cuts off your power too.

It is true that haircut is trending but  a lot of what we are led to believe is deception.

Trace back and see who was it who told you that hair is more of a “look good” option; some must have been a little logical and said that it shields you against cold. Had that been a strong reason for hair to exist, then the hair on your body would have had more coverage than just on your head.

Hair is so witty that if left uncut, it grows to a length that is essential for your body and then stops at what it thinks is right for you.

It is beauty and its magic has played its part ever since mythology was real.

Medusa who was once a golden haired maiden was punished by the Goddess and each wave lock of her hair that charmed her husband was turned into a venomous snake and was cursed to be a monster.

When Samson fell for Delilah, little did he know that she would use her power of seduction and deception to cut off his strength that was locked in his hair and sell him off to the philistine rulers

When Buddha was tempted by demon Mara, Buddha touched the ground and Mother Earth sprinkled ocean from her hair pushing out Mara far from Buddha

And then there was Rapunzel in a castle with her long and strong Garnier hair! Even a Dayaan’s life is in its hair.

What is the hype about these hairytales?

Back in time, people didn’t know what it was to cut hair. Somebody with evil intention must have known of the strength in hair and induced the concept of cutting hair as style statement.

When Genghis Khan conquered China, he saw that they were wise and intelligent and would deny submission, he hatched a plot and required all women in the country to cut their hair and bangs (fringes) so he could keep them all timid and controlled.

And generations after that, it was forgotten that the bones in the forehead were actually porous that would take in light from the sun through the skin and transmit it to the pineal gland and having fringes would cover the forehead blocking the sun falling on your skin.

“When the hair on your head is allowed to attain its full, mature length, then phosphorous, calcium, and vitamin D are all produced, and enter the lymphatic fluid, and eventually the spinal fluid through the two ducts on the top of the brain. This ionic change creates more efficient memory and leads to greater physical energy, improved stamina, and patience.”

Your hair is an extension of your nervous system. Every hair on your body is for a reason,

Hair on the body stabilizes a person’s electromagnetic field.

Pubic hair is protecting you against every bacteria that wants to enter your body,

Eyebrows speak volumes in facial expressions and also prevent sweat and other debris from falling down into the eye socket.

Facial hair on men covers the moon center on the chin and protects them from excessive moon energy.

Hair on your head, is where all your strength is stored.

When you choose to cut your hair,  it is not as simple as it is when you lean on that chair and surrender to the sharpness of that scissor; you are shedding your antenna that gathers sun’s energy to that part of your brain that helps in picturing the subtle world around you, to see vibe before tribe…

Next time you step into a Saloon,  let it ring high in your head that it approximately takes 3 years  for new antennas to form at the tip of your hair. Now you know how much of your vital energy and nutrients go in the re-making of your hair.

What do I do about the split ends?

Instead of trimming and losing your antenna, apply almond oil to your hair overnight so that it can be absorbed before you wash it the next morning

Do it the “Rishi” way, coil your hair up on your crown during the day because your hair is a conductor, conducting energy in your body and when you coil a conductor, you will receive a much stronger signal to stimulate the pineal gland at the center of your brain and at night, drop it and comb it straight.

Tagore said, “When I realized the Oneness of all, I threw my shaving kit into the ocean. I gave up my ego and surrendered to nature. I wanted to live in the form that my Creator has given me.”
